I specialize in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and know all too well the insidious ways it can dictate one's life. I've been trained to understand its mechanisms and, more importantly, to help you regain control. If you find yourself trapped in patterns and behaviors, feeling like you're at the mercy of intrusive thoughts, I am here to help you break free.

External circumstances – be they societal, familial, or workplace pressures – can create an immense burden on the psyche. Together, we can explore these external factors, understanding their roots and finding ways to navigate through them with resilience and grace.

For those battling the ever-present clouds of anxiety or the weighty chains of depression, I offer a safe haven. I understand the shadows they cast and the sometimes silent screams they cause. With a blend of empathy, evidence-based interventions, and tailored strategies, we can co-create a pathway to brighter days.

To my friends in the LGBTQ community, I stand with you. The complexities of navigating identity, relationships, and societal expectations can be overwhelming. But with guidance and understanding, we can work towards acceptance, pride, and genuine self-love.
