I believe counseling should, and will be, for all.
I’m a person-centered therapist who believes deeply in the power of a warm, genuine connection. I strive to create a space where people from all backgrounds can feel truly welcomed and supported. My path into this field began with a lifelong fascination with human emotions and relationships, how we make sense of hardship, how we heal, and how we uncover our inner resilience. That curiosity eventually grew into a natural direction for me to walk alongside others in their moments of struggle and growth.
Over the years, I’ve developed experience working with couples, as well as individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the everyday challenges that can weigh us down. I also bring knowledge from my work with military families, though my focus extends broadly to anyone seeking support and connection. My intention is always to offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and deeply understood as we explore the parts of your life that may need more care and attention.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, collaboration, and an open invitation to bring your whole self into the room. We’ll move at your pace building self-esteem, practicing mindfulness, and strengthening the coping skills that help you feel grounded in your day-to-day life. Some sessions may feel light and creative, others emotional or difficult, but all of it is welcome. You don’t have to carry anything alone; sharing your story can bring a new kind of clarity and comfort.
Advocacy is woven into my values and my practice. I’m proud to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and a committed supporter of the social justice movements and the women’s rights still being fought for today. My hope is to sit with you, champion you, and support you with warmth, honesty, and respect as you continue growing into the life you want to live.
